Fleetback, a company specialized in the development of digital solutions for the automotive industry, based in Luxembourg, has completed (through Aglaia, a holding of its main shareholder) the acquisition of Sharebox, a Norwegian company renowned for its innovative self-service kiosk solutions.

The acquisition will significantly enhance the offerings of both Fleetback and Sharebox by leveraging a wide array of innovative solutions. This collaboration will empower car dealers to harness cutting-edge technology and accelerate their journey towards digital transformation. Additionally, car rental solutions will also be enhanced through the combination of both companies’ expertise and technologies, providing a seamless and advanced experience for rental agencies and their customers.

Based in Arendal, Norway and privately held, Sharebox offers a suite of innovative solutions and self-service kiosks designed to provide a secure, user-friendly interface for check-in and check-out, managing workflows, and fostering communication across teams and consumers.
The acquisition creates a new holding company, allowing both Fleetback and Sharebox to continue operating as distinct brands, each preserving its unique identity and market presence.
